It’s lovely to see live drawing using the Paper app. I use it most days to draw very small people playing professional sports but I used to use it to live draw corporate life during my lunch break at these kind of close up sizes (this was all pre-pandemic). Liza Donnelly was and still is a big advocate as well as an inspiration and I remember her live drawing at the Oscars amongst other things. So, even though it’s live in 2024, this feels kinda warm and nostalgic to me.
PS Murder Book was my favourite read of last year (yes, I’m very slow to get round to reading books I buy).
