I absolutely agree about Hoda and Jenna. My mom often has it on and I am like, WHY!?

On the topic of dreams/nightmares, I recently came across a book called “Inner Work: Using Dreams and Active Imagination for Personal Growth” by Robert A Johnson. He quotes this from Carl Jung and his book “Man and His Symbols” as follows,

“It is [incorrect] to believe in ready-made, systematic guides to dream interpretation, as if one could simply buy a reference book and look up a particular symbol. No dream symbol can be separated from the individual who dreams it. . . . Each individual varies so much in the way that his unconscious complements or compensates his conscious mind that it is impossible to be sure how far dreams and their symbols can be classified at all.”

I often look up dream symbolism online after a dream to try to decipher what the heck is going on. Sometimes it helps to clarify the dream. Sometimes it doesn’t.

Anyways this book is quite interesting and it might be useful to you. Here is another quote,

“Jung observed that most of the neurosis, the feeling of fragmentation, the vacuum of meaning, in modern lives, results from this isolation of the ego-mind from the unconscious. As conscious beings we all go about with a vague sense that we have lost a part of ourselves, that something that once belonged to us is missing.”

I am totally guilty of talking to people excessively about my dreams trying to everyone--I actually have never been one to look up meanings online but this book sounds very interesting!

Occasional dizziness? Check out a YouTube video on the Epley Maneuver. It is a series of timed body moves to settle crystals in you ear canal that can cause vertigo.
